Danewal Services – Construction Warranty*

• After possession, Danewal Services provides a *6-month warranty* covering cracks, seepage, leakage, or any other construction defects caused by labor errors or supervision-related issues.
• monthly construction audit report** (with photographs) will be submitted to the client during the construction phase.
• Danewal Services will be responsible for any building damage *until possession is handed over* to the owner.
• After possession, Danewal Services will not be responsible for any building damage. However, if any defect or repair requirement arises *within 6 months due to construction errors or sub grade failure, it will be rectified **free of cost*.
